Tim's Quality Tires is seeking a skilled and motivated Mobile Tire Technician to join our team. As a Mobile Tire Technician, you will be responsible for providing on-site tire installation, repair, and maintenance services to our customers. This role requires a high level of technical expertise, customer service skills, and the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities:

• Perform tire installations, rotations, balancing, and repairs on various types of vehicles, including passenger cars, trucks, ATVs, and agricultural equipment.

• Operate and maintain tire service equipment, including tire machines, balancers, and repair tools.

• Provide excellent customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction with every interaction.

• Diagnose and assess tire issues, providing accurate and effective solutions.

• Maintain accurate records of services performed and manage inventory of tires and supplies in the service truck.

• Follow safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a tire technician or similar role.

• Strong knowledge of tire installation, repair, and maintenance techniques.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

• Strong communication and customer service skills.

• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

• Physical ability to lift and maneuver heavy tires and equipment.
